CHURCH HILL – L. Jean Mullins Hall Jones, 77, passed away on Monday, July 16, 2018 at her residence.

Jean was a lifelong resident of Hawkins County & worked at Pasty’s Bakery. She was of the Baptist faith & was a member at Valley View Missionary Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening & quilting. Jean was a loving mother, sister, & friend.

She is preceded in death by her first husband, George Hall; second husband, Clarence Jones; parents, Isaac & Laura Patterson Mullins; son, Glenn Hall; infant daughter, Toni Hall; 4 brothers, & 3 sisters.

Jean is survived by her daughter, Tina Brickey (Steven); son, James Keith Hall (Mary Ellen); granddaughter; Danielle Brickey; sisters, Nora Goins (Charlie); Tressie Calton (Kyle) along with several nieces & nephews.

Visitation hours will be from 5:00 – 7:00 PM on Thursday, July 19, 2018 at Johnson-Arrowood Funeral Home. Funeral service will be conducted at 7:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. A graveside service will be conducted at 10:00 AM on Friday, July 20 at Goshen Valley Cemetery. Those wishing to attend the graveside service are to meet at the funeral home by 9:15 AM to go in procession. Pallbearers will be family & friends.
