CHURCH HILL – Barbara Sue Crawford, 69, went to Her Heavenly Home on Thursday, December 22, 2022.
Barbara was a lifelong resident of Hawkins County and was a member of Belmont Baptist Church. She graduated Church Hill High School in 1971. Barbara worked in the craft department for over 30+ years at Ben Franklin Crafts.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Mary Ruth Crawford; grandmother, Nan Crawford; aunts, Ella Mae Crowder, Katie Weems (Frank), and Ella Mae Hicks; special cousin, Chris Collier; cousin, Kenneth Roy Weems.
Barbara is survived by her cousins, Connie Adams (James), Freda Robinette (Grover), Louise Collier (Ron), and Ronnie Weems (Marlene), Sondra Frazier (Terry), David Loranze, and Terry Crowder; special friend, James Weatherly.
Barbara’s wishes were to be cremated and not to have a service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital in her memory.
