Brenda and family, I wanted you to know I gave a memorial of $80.00 to Holston United Methodist Home for Children, PO Box 188, Greeneville, TN 37744 in memory of Betty. I didn't know where to send the receipt they send out to family, but I have it here. I'm so sorry not being able to attend her burial because of this Corona Virus thing that hangs over us all. I have medical issues now, so it's best that I don't go. Again, my sympathy to you and the family.

To Brenda and the family, I'm so sorry for your loss. To know Betty was to love her. She had so many good qualities not often found today. I first met her as a student at CHHS and we rode the bus together. Then there were school activities and I knew her as a friendly face at UT. Betty helped me take care of Mother up until the end. I will always miss her. I'm grateful for having known this kind, giving woman. God be with you and your family and hold you close.
