Tim and Grace We are so very sorry for your loss. I have fond memories of Billy he was the cutest little guy. Watching his video he grew up to be a wonderful man. I’m sorry that our families are not close like when we were younger. It would have been nice all our Children grown up together. Would have been more auntie and uncles they can never have to many. We are so sorry we couldn’t come to his service but Scottie and Myself have Covid. And we are in quarantine. My whole family has it. We are praying for you and your family. If we can do anything please let us know. Love you all. Jody and Scottie

Bill always had a story to tell , he was enjoyable to have around. I met Billy the day he started the city. He was a very good craftsman. I know everyone will miss him at work. I miss him.

I'm so sorry for your loss !! I remember the couple of years in high school that he and I hung out with our awesome mullets .. we were instant friends and kindred spirits .. unfortunately we lost touch with one another over the years as people do and I didn't get to spend time with that friend I met many years ago . Rest , rest peacefully old friend !

One of my favorite memories of Billy...When he was a toddler and Grace brought him over to my house in Long Island, he would come running up to me and call my name "Fristy!!" I am so sorry that we have lost you so soon Billy.
