KINGSPORT- Brandy Nicole Mullins, 31, passed away on Saturday (July 26, 2014) at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center. She was born in Kingsport and had lived in Texas for several years before moving back to the area. Brandy enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She attended Preaching Christ Church in Kingsport. She was preceded in death by her brother, Trinity Taylor, nephew, Dakota Taylor, paternal grandfather, Bill Mullins, great grandmother, Elsie Harris, and great grandmother, Ella Carter. She is survived by her father, Kenneth Mullins, mother, Patricia Taylor Kilgore and husband, Roy, daughters, Hope and Faith Ford, fiancé, Kenneth "Ace" Osborne, sister, Pepper Mullins of MS, step brothers, Daniel Bales and wife, Jessica of Indiana, Jesse Kilgore and wife, Jenny, maternal grandparents, Charmie Lane and Worley Taylor and his wife, Irene, paternal grandmother, Patsy Cody, aunts, Carolyn Cody and husband, Harry, Sandy Mallory, Christine Brown and husband, Mike of Texas, Lisa Quillen, Linda Carter and husband, Mario, uncles, Mike Cody, Travis Lane, and Benny Salyer, special niece, MacKenzie Taylor, special friends, Brandy Speers and Anthony "Red" Ratliff, too many friends to mention, she loved you all. Calling hours are from 6 to 8:00 PM Thursday at Johnson Arrowood Funeral Home. Services will be conducted 8:00 PM Thursday in the funeral home chapel. Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 AM Friday at Old Union Cemetery Pallbearers will be family and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
