KINGSPORT- Douglas Alan Chapman, 54, passed away on November 30, 2014 at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center. Mr. Chapman was an avid fisherman and enjoyed hunting.  He also loved hiking and being outside. He is survived by his wife, Mary Chapman, mother, Clara Chapman, daughters, Amanda Outland and her husband, Chris, Kathleen Martin and her husband, Caleb, brothers, Daniel, Kenneth, and Charles Chapman, two grandchildren, Emerald and Mica Martin. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. in the funeral home chapel with Dustin Dugger officiating.
