CHURCH HILL – Keith Conrad Armstrong, 43, passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at Holston Valley Medical Center.

It is hard to put Keith’s life into words but anyone that ever had met Keith would say he is an individual that touches your life if you have known him for years or a short time. He was always supportive, encouraging, funny super loveable and smart- sometimes too smart for his own good! Keith had a way with words and expressed himself often through writing. He was a fabulous cook, followed several sports, and most of all he loved his family. His sons were his world. He served in the US Army for four years with a tour in Bosnia and stationed in Korea and Germany.

He was preceded in death by his biological father, Peter Doyle; grandmother, Dorothy Wagner; grandfather, Dixon Conrad; aunts, Paula Barnby and Frances O’Dennis; uncle, Robert Conrad.

Keith is survived by his parents, JoAnn and Fred Armstrong; siblings, Peter Armstrong, Tara Baptiste, LeAnn Doyle, Savannah Simpson, Gina Armstrong, April Johnson, Matthew Armstrong, Michael Armstrong, Chelcia Armstrong, Jasmine Armstrong, and Gene Armstrong; life partner, Chesnee Bellamy; children, Kaylx Armstrong, mother Melanie, Kamdyn Vicars, mother Chesnee, Kegan Armstrong, mother Summer; grandmother, Emma Bell Armstrong; special aunt, Robin Smith; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and a host of many dear friends.

A visitation will be held from 5:00 – 7:00 PM on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at the Johnson-Arrowood Funeral Home. A memorial service will be conducted at 7:00 PM in the funeral home chapel.
