I am so sorry to read about Krunch. I remember him fondly for his single-handedly helping me finish my law office building and residence at the corner of Broad and Main in Kingsport Tennessee during the early 1990\'s, He had one young child and another on the way at the time. Krunch first came in during evening hours as a painter\'s helper, eventually began working 5 days a week and left an accomplished carpenter. Krunch learned as he went along. He was able to \"customize\" the shelving, bookcases, trim, fireplaces, and stairway he built. For the columns and pilasters he constructed, Krunch set up two routers in the garageage area and double-fluted the 12-feet long facings in the Greek Temple of the Winds fashion. Krunch ask how I wanted my office double door entrance to look and devised a way to frame it as I drew it. Same thing for the fire place and office stairs. He devised unique construction tactics to enable him to build sturdy floor-to-ceiling bookcases, fireplaces, and accent paneling, Krunch joined and plained rough walnut lumber into finsihed boards and constructed the main office stairway with walnut steps, three-dimensional panelling, and neo-classical trim. I have bragged on Krunch by name several times each month of each year since the mid-1990\'s for his intelligence, superioer workmanship, dependability, and woodworking talent to clients, attorneys, and visitors who walk through my office in amazement at Krunch\'s finished customized product. I think the world of Krunch. His surviving children are justifiably proud of him. I extend my sincerest sympathies to his children and grandchildren. Please stop by my office when you are in Kingsport. Krunch has passed too soon. He will be missed - but remembered. God Bless.
