May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. My thoughts and prayers are with you that God will comfort you in your loss. It will be the little things that you will remember....the quiet moments, the smiles, the laughter. And although it may seem hard right now, it will be the memories of these little things that help to push away the pain and bring the smiles back again. Children growing up, i.e., singing in the choir, shopping at Walmart, school mates and home visits are a few of the memories shared with Marilyn. Caring person, looking out for others and church attendance are key areas of life she enjoyed. She will never be forgotten. My condolences to the family as you prepare your heart and mind to accept God's Plan, Wishing you strength for today and hope for tomorrow. May God Bless and Keep You!

Who can find a Virtuous? Marilyn meets all of the qualifications. From the first day that I met her, she has been one of the most beautiful people that has touched my life. We are so sorry for your loss, but we know where she is. If Jesus told the thief on the cross "this day you will be with me in paradise" where do you think Marilyn is? Sleep on Marilyn and we will surely see you again. I thank God for this Cox family, you all are truly a beautiful family. Love you all.

I was a CHHS classmate with Marilyn, Carolyn. I have many happy memories of classes with both and vividly recall their sweet personalities and kindness to everyone. Have not seen either since graduation day but warms my heart to see her beautiful family and know she has left them with such a warm legacy. The video was very nice. It was good to see just a small glimpse of her life over all the years & to know without a doubt that she is, indeed, finally "Home" and safe with our Lord and Savior. My sincere condolences to all the family.

I met Marilyn our freshman year of high school. We became instant friends. She was always a a joy to be around. Sometimes she and Carolyn would come home with me after school and sometimes I would go with them. Their mother was a wonderful cook. Marilyn had a beautiful singing voice. Her favorite was gospel. My deepest sympathies to her family. She was a wonderful person.

Marilyn and I went to school together. Carolyn and I sang a duet together. What a beautiful voice she has. I’ll never forget the talent show. Three girl group that won! Many memories with that family. On of the best families in Church Hill. My thoughts are with you Carolyn. I know what a loss you go through when losing a sister. David Bombelli
