KINGSPORT – Mary Sue Hunley Bishir, 51, passed away Sunday, August 12, 2018 at Holston Valley Medical Center.

Mary Sue was a lifelong resident of Sullivan County & attended Hilltop Mission Church.

She is preceded in death by her grandmothers, Mae Hunley & Mary Sue Russell; sister, Janice Nickels.

Mary Sue is survived by her daughter, LaDonna Seifert (Dustin); son, Josh Bishir, parents, John & Kathryn Hunley; grandchildren, Bridgett Grizzle & Kaden Morris; brother, Tony Branham (Tona); sisters, Ann Branham & Cathy Emery (Tom); good friend, Teresa Miller along with several nieces & nephews.

Visitation hours will be from 5:00 – 7:00 PM on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at Johnson – Arrowood Funeral Home. Funeral service will be conducted at 7:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Tim Nelson & Benny Spears officiating. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 17 at Hilltop Mission Cemetery. Those wishing to attend the graveside service are asked to meet at the funeral home by 10:00 AM to go in procession.

Family & friends will be serving as pallbearers.
