Brenda Lange

Kingsport, TNBrenda Elaine Osborne Lange, age 71 of Kingsport, passed away Friday, February 26, 2016 at the Brookhaven Manor following an extended illness. Mrs. Lange was born in Scott County, Virginia and had lived in Flint Michigan for several years before moving to Church Hill in 2000.She is preceded in death by her parents; Thomas Ray Osborne and Nellie Mae Salyer Osborne, sister; Elizabeth Hutson, brothers; Carl Osborne, Grady Osborne and Larry Osborne, son-in-law; Jackie Messick.Survivors include her husband, John Lange, Patricia Hoover and husband, Greg of Church Hill, Amanda Messick of Kingsport, grandchildren; Megan Nicole Gatz, Samuel Ray Hoover, Gregory Hoover II, Nikki Hoover, 7 great grandchildren. Sisters; Margie Crawford, Evelyn Runyon, Lois Short and Jeanette Mcaninch, brothers; George Osborne and Tommy Osborne. Several nieces and nephews.Calling hours are from 5 to 8 pm Thursday at the Johnson – Arrowood Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 pm Friday in the funeral home chapel with Pastor, Randall Stapleton officiating.
