Emma T. Mitchell CHURCH HILL- Emma T. Mitchell, 72, passed away on Monday (November 26, 2012) from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was a lifelong resident of Hawkins County and was a member of Piney Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Kyle and Tessie Taylor, her husband, Lester D. Mitchell, and brother, Robert Kenneth Taylor. She is survived by her daughter, Melissa Irmen and her husband, Chris Irmen, grandson, Jacob Irmen, and granddaughter, Madeline Irmen. Calling hours are from 5 to 7:00 P.M. Friday at Johnson Funeral Home of Church Hill. Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 P.M. Friday in the funeral home chapel with Elder Fred Gilreath officiating. Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Saturday at Church Hill Memory Gardens. Everyone wishing to attend is asked to meet at the cemetery by 10:45 A.M. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
