CHURCH HILL – Helen Ruth Dye, 80, went home to be with the Lord on Monday morning surrounded by family. Helen was a very loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She was a homemaker, but worked along side her husband when needed. She was an avid gardener and loved her flowers. She is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Hobert Dye, parents, John & Stella Feagins, brother, Ronnie Feagins, sister, Doris Mitchell and son-in-law, Ron Martin. Survivors include her children, Ricky Dye and wife, Beth, Donnie Dye and wife, Patty, Rhonda McIntyre and husband, Ed, and Brenda Martin. Grandchildren, Brandon Dye, Natasha Marsha, Brittany Miller, Marty Martin, Dillon Dye, Lily Roberts and several step grandchildren. Great grandchildren, Lucas, Noah, Emma, Ashton and Ben. Calling hours are from 5 to 7 pm Thursday at the Johnson – Arrowood Funeral Home and anytime at the residence of her daughter Rhonda McIntyre. Funeral services will be conducted 7 pm Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Chad Roberts and Rev. Glen Stewart officiating. Graveside services will be conducted 11 am Friday at the Church Hill Memory Gardens. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the funeral home by 10:15 am Friday to go in procession to the cemetery.
