Billie Jo Payne Lloyd

CHURCH HILL – Billie Jo Payne Lloyd, age 77, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 28, 2020.

Billie was a long-time resident of Church Hill. She was retired and had been a long-time employee of several Church Hill business.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 53 years, Robert Lloyd, parents; Charles and Kate Payne, sisters; Helen Vest, Beatrice Byrd.

Survivors include her loving children; son Kenneth Lloyd of Dandridge, daughter’s; Debbie Green and husband Daris and Christy Lloyd both of Church Hill. Grandchildren; Justin Green wife Beth Green and Jake Green, great grandson; Ryker Green and her beloved brother; sisters, Chuck Payne and Naomi Rigby, Betty Bright of Kingsport, and beloved sister-in-law Peggy Lloyd of Church Hill.

Per Billie’s wishes, she requests not to have a formal service.
