Johnny Reece Smith

CHURCH HILL – Johnny Reece Smith, 56, passed away on Sunday, March 6, 2022, at his residence.

Johnny was a lifelong resident of Hawkins County and was a member of Christians Bend Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd Raymond and Ella Carey Smith.

Johnny is survived by his sister, Robin Smith; brothers, Lloyd Smith (Tonia) and Justin Lawson; aunt, Nancy Lee Dykes (Dwight); nieces, Brittany Smith and Ashley Cowan; nephews, Michael Bowman, Anthony Smith and Seth Smith; several great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, March 9, 2022, at Christian Bend Cemetery with Rev. Carl Callahan officiating. Those wishing to attend the graveside service are asked to meet at the funeral home by 12:00 PM to go in procession.

Pallbearers will be Lloyd Smith, Anthony Smith, Seth Smith, Jim Britton, and Chad Britton. Honorary pallbearer will be Tony Fields.
