Helen Faye Richards

Helen Faye Richards, 70, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 24, 2023, at Holston Manor following a courageous battle with vascular dementia.

Helen was born in Hawkins County, TN and was a lifelong resident. She was of the Baptist faith and had attended several churches over the years. She retired from Eastman Chemical Company as a Lab Technician. Helen was a wonderful woman, and she loved to travel and see the world. She fought a hard battle the last few years, and finally received her ultimate healing.

She is preceded in death by her parents, J.D. and Virgie (Matthews) Simpson.

She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Brady Richards; brother, Ronnie Simpson (Joyce); two godsons, Grant and Garrett Skelton; as well as several dear family members and friends.

Helen’s wishes were to be cremated.
