Bertha Ann Dickenson “Sis”, age 61, of Hawkins County, TN, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 11, 2021, at her residence.
Sis was born on December 24, 1959 in Baltimore, Maryland. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She always brought a smile to your face and will be missed dearly by those that knew her. She was a retiree from Jacobs. She enjoyed doing crafts and reading.

Jean Pierre Gagner “John”, age 67, of Hawkins County, TN, went to be with the Lord on Friday, April 23, 2021, with his loved ones by his side. John was born on September 3, 1953 in Providence, Rhode Island. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend. To know him was to love him and he was the light in his family’s life as they were to him. He was a retiree from Fluor at Eastman. He enjoyed gardening and woodworking.

Sis was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Dickenson and Joann Anderson; and brother, Richard Dickenson.

John was preceded in death by his parents, Hubert and Jane Cornell Gagner; and brothers and sisters, Alan Grady, Barbara Grady Wyatt, William Grady, James Grady, and Paul Gagner.

Survivors include son, Bailey Dickenson of Hawkins County, TN; son, Todd Gagner and wife, Kiley of Cleveland County, NC; daughter, Courtney Hardin of Burke County, NC; grandchildren, Wyatt and Emma Hardin and Mia and Zoe Gagner. Sis’s brothers, Tom Dickenson and wife Debbie, Roger Dickenson and wife Anna, John Dickenson and wife Lisa. John’s brother and sisters, Joan Grady Drake, Hugh Gagner, and Patricia Gagner Pruett, several special nieces and nephews and a host of extended family and friends.

A visitation will be held from 11:00 – 12:00 PM on Monday, July 19 at the Johnson-Arrowood Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at 12:00 PM in the funeral home chapel.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
