KINGSPORT – Carolyn Joann Ball, 80, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 25, 2020 with her loving family by her side.

Carolyn was born in the Sullivan County on June 12, 1939. She was of the Baptist faith & attended Homeland Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 63 years, Charles W. Ball; parents, Dewey & Fannie Rasnick; son-in-law, Wiley Lee.

Carolyn is survived by her daughter, Brenda Lee; sons, Danny Ball & Joey Ball; grandchildren, Malinda Wheat & companion Morgan Smith, Candy Rodey & husband Emmett, Tony Wheat & wife Christen, Kacy Blevins, Morgan Ball, Rachel Fowler & husband Roger, Kristina Kelly & husband James; great grandchildren; Kaleb Posey, Zackary Hinkle, Taylor, Brayden and Bryan Barcelona, Christian and Tinsley Wheat, Kayla, Madison, Dylan, Kaylen, Braelyn, Avery, Abby, and Kennedee; grandson-in-law, Bruce Hinkle, & host of nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.

A visitation will be held from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM on Tuesday, April 26, 2020 at the Johnson-Arrowood Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 12:30 PM in the funeral home chapel with Brother Terry Browder officiating. The burial will follow to McPheeters Bend Cemetery.
