Ernest Begley, age 72, passed away Sunday, November 1, 2015 at the Holston Valley Hospital & Medical Center following an extended illness. Ernest was born in Letcher County, Kentucky but had spent most of his life in Church Hill, TN. He was a veteran of the United States Navy having served during Vietnam and he retired in 2005 from Holston Defense.He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Nell Begley, sister, Donna Yonts and nephew, Tony Yonts.Survivors include his sons, David Begley and Brian Begley of Church Hill, mother of his children and care giver, Diana Begley of Church Hill, brother, Doyle and Gale Begley of Jenkins, KY, sister, Phyllis and Doug Meade of Abingdon, VA., Brother-in-law, D.A.
