I had the pleasure of getting to know Frank by taking him to Football games at Volunteer and to church. And to just be his buddy. He was truly a special soul. Frank was kind and loving to everyone. My heart is with the family at this time. Prayers to you all!!....Bonnie

I will miss Frank. He was my friend. My parents will miss him also. Sorry we can't be with you now but my parents are keeping me home. Mother would call Sandra but doesn't know her phone number but we will be thinking of you.

I went to elementary school with Frank. We were in the same class and I would always talk and play with him, Some of the other kids would make fun of him, but I would never do that to him or anyone. Frank always talked about me to his Mother, Louise, and whenever we met out in public his face would light up and he always knew who I was. I will miss the loving person he was. Rest In Peace, Frank. Love, Your old CH classmate and friend, Judy Dean
