CHURCH HILL – Fred Wallen, 89, passed away on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at Indian Path Medical Center.
Fred was a lifelong resident of Church Hill. He owned and operated Wallen’s Pallets for several years.
He is preceded in death by his wife Dora Maxine Wallen, parents Alec & Addie Wallen, children Shirley & Glenn, 21 brothers and sisters, 3 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.
Fred is survived by his daughter Margaret Padgett (Ray), sons Gary (Janice), Jack (Darlene), & Clifford Wallen (Shelia) along with several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family, nieces, nephews and special friends.
Visitation hours will be from 1:00 – 3:00 PM on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at Johnson-Arrowood Funeral Home. Funeral service will be conducted at 3:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Andy Sensabaugh & Rev. Tommy Holder officiating. The burial will follow in Jones Cemetery. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
