Church Hill, TN Helen F. Davidson, age 81, of Church Hill passed away Saturday, December 6, 2014 at the Holston Valley Hospital and Medical Center following an extended illness. Mrs. Davidson was a lifelong resident of Hawkins County, and was a member of the Okolona United Methodist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Burgess Davidson in 2005, Parents, Robert Anderson McConnell and Juanita Robinette McConnell, sister, Nina Rutledge , brother, Robert McConnell. Survivors include her sons, Daniel Davidson and wife, Rebecca, Donald "Tookey" Davidson, Robert C. Davidson and wife, Myrna, Roger Dean Davidson all of Church Hill, Granddaughters, Talitha and Denise Davidson, Faith Neeley. Several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be conducted 1:00 PM Thursday at the Valley View Church Cemetery with Pastor Stuart Coleman officiating. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery by 12:50 PM Thursday. Pallbearers will be family and friends. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Okolona United Methodist Church Youth Program ,4215 Stanley Valley Road, Church Hill, TN 37642.
