Hubert "Phoebe" Looney CHURCH HILL – Hubert (Phoebe) Looney , 82, passed away on Sunday, April 6, 2014 at the Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center following an extended illness. He was preceded in death by: parents Clarence Looney and Lily Farmer; wife Joyce Ann Looney; brothers Michael, Warner, and infant brother Pete; son-in-law: Ronald Bentley, sister-in-law Eulah. He is survived by: sister Kathryn Sizemore; sons Brian Looney, Joe Looney and wife Brandan, Thomas Looney and wife Stacie; daughters Kimberly Looney and Trina Looney; grandchildren: Tina Bentley, Roxie Looney, Josh Looney, Jesse Looney, and Macayla Heath; sister-in-law Doris Manis. The family will be receiving friends any time at the residence of Joe and Brandan Looney, Main Street, Surgoinsville.  Inurnment services will be held at Hawkins County Memorial Gardens at 11:00 A.M.
