CHURCH HILL – J. C. Duncan, Jr., passed away on Wednesday (August 31, 2016) at his home.He was a quiet, unassuming man who loved and enjoyed life. Golf was his passion and he played as long as his health permitted, and he was proud of his 5 holes in one. J. C. was a member of the first football team of Church Hill High School. He and his wife Ann owned and operated the Dairy Hart for 42 years.J. C. was a born again Christian and served the Lord through his work at First Baptist Church of Church Hill.He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Ann Francisco Duncan; sons, Michael “Barbara” Duncan and Tim “Etta” Duncan; grandchildren, Lindsey and Jackson Duncan and Olivia “Michael” Porter; great grandchildren, Asha, Canaan and Isaac; other loving family members, Benny “Anna Ruth” Francisco; Linda “Mike” Freeman; Bettye Jo Creasy; Peggy Jones and Georgia F. Peden; several nieces and nephews.Receiving of friends will be at The First Baptist Church of Church Hill on Friday (September 2, 2016) from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. A celebration of Life service will begin at 7:00 P.M. with Rev.
