SURGOINSVILLE – Jeanetta Kincer, 83, of Surgoinsville passed away Wednesday (September 30, 2015 at the Wexford House following an extended illness.Mrs. Kincer was a native of Williams Creek, Kentucky but had spent most of her life in Hawkins County. She was a member of Liberty Hill Primitive Baptist Church and was a retired seamstress.She is preceded in death by her husband, James Kincer, one son, Paul James Kincer, her parents, Lee and Peggy Bishop Rochester, one brother, Dewey Rochester.Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Jack and Nora Kincer, Surgoinsville; Ronnie and Jackie Kincer, Cumming, Georgia; two daughters, Pat and Gary Chase, Gray; Sharon and James Eaton, Mount Carmel; one step-daughter; 13 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren; four nephews.A special thanks to the staff of Wexford House and Amedisys Hospice.Calling hours are from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Thursday at Johnson-Arrowood Funeral Home and anytime at the residence.Services will be conducted Thursday at 7:00 P.M. in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Neal Drinnon officiating.Graveside services will be conducted Friday at 2:00 P.M. at Church Hill Memory Gardens.The family request those desiring may make memorial contributions to Wexford House, 2421 N. John B.
