Gone but never forgotten. I love you so so much Pappaw. I miss you so so much as well. My heart aches everyday you are gone. You were a huge influence on what I wanted to do. The way you preached its the "Old Time Religion" and I wanted to be a Preacher just like you. You were my Mentor. I never got to say goodbye. I never got to spend time with you your last years but there is not a day that goes by that I don't think about you. I wish you could see me and know Im sorry. I feel liked I have failed. Like I failed you. All I ever wanted to do was be a Preacher just like you. Yes Im nervous of stages but your courage and guidance showed me I could do it. Plus if you are passionate enough on a topic you can overcome any fear. Fear is what the Enemy is instilling in me as you would say. I know... I just miss you a lot. Thank you for taking me under your wing for as long as you did. It is with a heavy heart I say "I Love you Pappaw and may you rest in peace..." Knowing you are sitting at the table with The King. You are not sick, no sorrow, no grief, no pain.

So sorry for your lose. Prayers to the family. Mr Hughes was always such a pleasant person. I have fond memories from childhood of him.
