CHURCH HILL – Juanita Kay Brackett, 83, formerly of Arlington, VA passed away peacefully Saturday September 17, 2022 at Church Hill Nursing & Rehabilitation surrounded by family.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Tom and Toy Addair; husband, Robert Lee Brackett; sister, Alice Addair; brothers, Luther Addair and Teddy Addair.
Kay is survived by her daughters, Lynn Chappell (David), Vicki Jones, Angela Brackett (Donnell); brother, Dan Addair (Lynne); sisters, Peggy Phillips, Ginger Fuentes, Teresa Starr; sisters-in-law, Jean Addair, Gertrue Addair, Eleanor Roach; brother-in-law Ed Brackett (Pat). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren; special niece Sheila Gant and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
A private family service will be held on October 1st.
The family would like to express it’s gratitude to Sarah and Angie of UT Hospice for their loving care and comfort of Kay. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to UT Hospice of Morristown, TN.
