Ive known Lowell since 2016. I met him through neighbors. Many times he lived up to the "Mr. Fix-it". He was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

I have known Lowell for years and it was a great Honor to server with Lowell at Carters Valley Fire Department. If there is anything that I can do please let me know!!

Lowell was a true friend to me. I got acquainted with him due to him working with my Mother-in-law at Quebcor and Herman Lawson. Lowell has helped me many times down thru the years. I remember back in the seventies he put a motor in our 1978 Bronco. He could do anything that he set his mind to do. Lowell has done a lot of work on small engines for Carter's Valley Volunteer Fire Department. I will sure miss that big smile he always had!
