CHURCH HILLL – Major Puckett, 84. Passed away Thursday, (May 21, 2015) at the Church Hill Health and Rehab Center following an extended illness.Mr. Puckett was a native of Buchanan County, Virginia but had spent most of his life in Church Hill. He was a member of Fairview Holiness Church.He is preceded in death by his parents and several brothers and sisters.He is survived by six nieces and two nephews.Graveside services will be conducted Monday at 11:00 A.M. at Bowser Cemetery with Rev.
