CHURCH HILL – Mary Ruth Crawford, 86, of Church Hill, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Tuesday (December 15, 2015) at her home surrounded by her loving family and friends following an extended illness.She was a native of Russellville, TN but has spent most of her adult life in Church Hill. She was a member of Belmont Baptist Church. She was a loving mother, sister and a friend to all who knew her.She is preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Paul Crawford, her parents, C. A. and Bell Horner Kanipe, sisters, Rowena Weems, Susie Kanipe, Ellen Kanipe and Maudie Rhea, brothers, Walter, L. C., Robert and Junior Kanipe.She is survived by her loving daughter, Barbara Crawford, Church Hill; several special nieces and nephews.Special thanks to Julie Dykes, Becky and Heather and a very special thanks to Bailey Adams for all the special visits.Calling hours are from 5 to 7 P.M. Saturday at Johnson-Arrowood Funeral Home and anytime at the residence.Funeral Services will be conducted Sunday at 2:00 P.M. at Belmont Baptist Church with Rev. James Adams and Rev.
