Patricia Ruth Phipps, 78, passed away Monday, April 3rd, 2017 at the Church Hill Healthcare and Rehabilitation. Patricia was of the Baptist faith and was a member of the Cole Chester Freewill Baptist Church in Fairfax, VA. She lived in Northern Virginia from 1959-1996.She was preceded in death by her parents George & Bernie Keel Phipps, brother Doyle Phipps, sister Sharon Montgomery. Patricia is survived by her sisters; Anetta Swindall, Lasonijia Smith, Marcelle Baker and Priscilla Baker along with several nieces and nephews.Calling hours will be from 1 to 2 pm on Wednesday at the Johnson-Arrowood Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Bobby Baker officiating.
