I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Phyllis. She was a beautiful, sweet lady. The Hicks family loved her! We know she is sitting beside our Lords feet and He is proud of her sweet, kind soul. Her family are in our prayers! Teresa Hicks Fulwiler

Bridgette, Brooke and Stephanie, we are so sorry to hear about the loss of your special Mom. We have known her for years and she was a special friend to my brother Randy Fannon. She really did help him in many ways and we appreciated everything she did for him. We know she will really be missed and want you to know your family is in our thoughts and prayers. Phyllis was a very special person and a beautiful soul. When I first met her,I felt like I had known her for years. She was a very genuine person; what you seen was what you got and I loved that about her.She is leaving behind 3 gorgeous young ladies and some beautiful grandchildren who I know she cherished.I have some great memories with her as our daughters were friends growing up and that's how I met her.My only regret is not meeting her sooner.R.I.P.My Friend, you will be greatly missed. All my love to the girls and those grandbabies; Your Momma is now your guardian angel.

Though we had drifted apart since graduation,, it doesn’t take away from the many memories we made throughout our growing up years. First grade-graduation. Our families were always together from church to our outings on my Dad’s tractor and wagon. Each Sunday was usually at each other’s house for dinner. our trip to South Carolina in the camper part of my brothers truck- no air. We didn’t care, it was a big adventure for us girls we were just happy to be going someplace, getting off Grassy Creek. Our years together as friends will never be forgotten, I loved her. Rest easy, no breathing problems anymore.
