Lisa, I am the sister of T.W. Beverly who married Ray's cousin, Catherine Kenner. The last time I saw Ray, we laughingly recalled us riding the same school bus and how he would aggravate and "pick at" me and how I would strike back him. He was so mischievous. We always had a laugh about that in later years. Lisa and family, I am so sorry about Ray's passing and pray for God's comfort and peace to you through these trying times. May God bless you through your grief. Faye Beverly

I was Rays pastor at Liberty Baptist Church in Church Hill for 2 years. He and Lisa were always supportive and cared about souls. I spoke with him about 2 weeks ago because Ray needed some Scriptures to assist him in witnessing to a lost soul. Such compassion up to the end is unheard of these days. May God bless you brother Ray, until we meet again. Praying that God will comfort Lisa and the family.
