Prayers for Robert's family and friends. Robert will deeply be missed by our church family. Glad he is at peace and no longer suffering. We will meet again someday just as God has promised. So glad to call you my brother and friend. His humor and wit will be greatly missed by all. May he rest easy till Jesus's return. The world was a lot better place with him in it and his memory will live on. May God ease the pain of all who knew and loved Robert. Rest Easy My Friend.

Robert and Ronnie were childhood friends, in fact Mom thought he was over at the Seaver house more than he was home. Ron had a good time growing up with the Seaver’s boys. Robert offered to tell me some of the good times he and Ron had growing up. At first I was excited about knowing all the mischief they had gotten into. I decided I was better off not knowing. Robert was smart, and a good writer. When Ron passed away almost 19 years ago Robert wrote Mom a letter about Ron that she cherished until she passed away. Rest In Peace my brother’s best friend. You and Ron have a good reunion .

This breaks my heart! I had the privilege to be a student in his class. Then, about 10 years later ran into Me Seaver on a walking trail. Sure enough, he recognized me & remembered my husband as well. We shared a lot of memories & laughs! Will forever remember him! Prayers for his family.

Robert was a friend of mine. When I would be walking at the Fort Henry Mall, he would join me and walk. He would keep me updated on all the news from Hawkins County. I am so glad he is no longer suffering. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. He has a new body Praising God throughout eternity. Prayers for all the Seaver family. May you find comfort in your many memories of Robert. Patricia Moore

I had the privilege of being one of Mr. Seaver's students his first year at VHS. It's good to know he had a long career influencing/teaching students. His impact on me was immeasurable and I'll always remember the quiet intellect he exhibited. RIP my friend.
