SURGOINSVILLE – Ruby Wilmoth, 82, went home to be with her lord and Savior on Thursday, Jan. 25, 2018.
She was retired from Eastman Chemical Company after 29 years of service. She enjoyed her garden and preserving her fruits & vegetables. Her greatest joy was spending time with family, friends and watching a NASCAR race.
She is preceded in death by her parents, James D. and Nina Crawford Simpson; husband, Clyde E. Wilmoth; sisters, Kathleen, Nadine, Mary, & Grace; brothers, Harold & James D. Jr.
Ruby is survived by one brother, Robert C. Simpson, wife Joan; sisters-in-law, Janna Simpson, Ethel Bowlin, Sylvia Pierson, Linda Wilmoth, Judy Wilmoth & Claudell Wilmoth; brothers-in-law, Don Marsh, James Wilmoth, & Albert Wilmoth; along with several nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 – 2:00 PM on Sunday, Jan. 28 at Johnson-Arrowood Funeral Home. Funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. The burial will follow in Church Hill Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
