Ruth Ann and her family came to Pink Hill Baptist Church many years ago. All her family such wonderful singers and they were a blessing to me. Saw her a lot at Arby's over the years also. She was a always a kind and lovely lady. My condolences to each member of her family. I know she will be greatly missed.

Earl, Sorry to hear about the passing of your wife. Her obituary sounds as though you married a Proverbs 31 wife. Congrats to you and her for a marriage of 41 years. I'm sure you are comforted in knowing that she is a Christian, and that she will live eternally in the presence of God. Stewart M. Crane

To Earl and all of Ruth Ann's family, Sandy and I were just rt broken when we found out about Ruth Ann's passing. Such a sweet sweet lady. We know that Ruth Ann is in heaven with her Lord and savior whom she represented well while on this earth. I will miss her when I go thru the drive thru at Arby's. Her smile made our day brighter. Our thoughts and our prayers will be that God's loving grace will be sufficient to get her four men and their families thru this tremendous sad time. Please know that we love you all. God bless, Bill and Sandy Johnson

Ruth was always smiling and thoughtful. She was truly a wonderful person and I am privileged to have been touched by her kindness. I guess our Lord needed another Angel and He couldn’t have made a better choice. She is at peace now with the Lord. My thoughts and prayers are with Earl and the entire family. May Gods grace give you his peace, grace and mercy. Brian Patteson

I met Ruthie probably 10 years ago when she was Catering Coordinator for Arbys and then had the pmeasure of working in the store with her for the last two years. She was one of the kindest women I have ever met. In a job where it is not always easy to keep a smile on your face, I literally never saw her in a bad mood. Ruthie was definitely a shining light, not only in that drive thru, but throughout the whole community! She would always see to it that our leftover product was taken to the needy, rather than just going to waste. Ruthie knew that I did not share the same faith that she did and she never held that against me or treated me different because of it. You will be greatly missed Miss Ruthie! You touched more lives than you could have ever known, mine included.
