SURGOINSVILLE – Shawn Phillip Bailey, 60, passed away on Friday, June 14, 2019 at his residence.

Shawn was a lifelong resident of Hawkins County.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Charlotte Bailey; sisters, Debbie and Teresa.

Shawn is survived by his wife, Judy Baily; son, Cody Bailey; daughter, Brittany Bailey; grandchildren, Colton and Emily Puckett.

A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, June 25 at Surgoinsville Freewill Baptist Church.
