KINGSPORT – Theodore Dale Vaughn, 77, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 12, 2021.
Theodore was a lifelong resident of Sullivan County. He was a veteran of the US Army and was a retired Kingsport City paramedic/fire fighter.
He was preceded in death by his son, Troy Vaughn; parents, Dana and Georgia Lee Vaughn; brother, Harold “Herb” Vaughn; sisters, Loretta Baker and Arvella Stapleton.
Theodore is survived by his wife, Tracy Vaughn; daughters, Renee Skelton (Boomer Easterling) Amber Norris (Howey), Maddie Starnes; sons, B.J. Vaughn (Sara) and Josh Swinney (Whitney); 10 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, January 15, 2021 at First Baptist Church of Church Hill with Rev. Gary Gerhardt and Rev. Mitch Russell officiating.
