My heart, prayers and thoughts are with the whole family. Working with Ron was so much fun. He was like the brother I never had, and loved him and Bea so much. They are reunited once again. He will be dearly missed!

Ronald was my Brother In-Law. I thought of him as a brother and great friend from the time we first met. I never knew him not to have a smile on his face. He will be sorely missed.

I knew Ron when we worked in the Washington Division together. I always enjoyed working and conversing with him. He had a great sense of humor and was an excellent postal inspector, but a better person. I was saddened to hear of his passing and wanted to send my deepest condolences on your loss. Tom Brady

Ron and I went through US Postal Inspection Service basic training together. He was a great guy with a great sense of humor. He made attending training more enjoyable. He was the kind of person who could make friends easily. Although we had not remaind close after training, all of my fondest memories of training included Ron. He will be missed.

Dear Family, My husband, David McKinney, who passed away in November, worked as a postal inspector with your Ron. My children and I remember him as you described him--never meeting a stranger, friendly to everyone. He and Mrs. Bea came to our house once for dinner. He was so very kind to our children. After Mrs. Bea passed, my husband and I met Ron at a Cracker Barrel one day. You're right-- Lots of laughs always with him. We are so very sorry for your loss. I know you will miss him. My heart goes out to you! Connie McKinney

Much too soon my friend. I met and worked with Ron in Alabama at his first assignment as a Postal Inspector. I later worked with him in TN as we both transferred Knoxville. We enjoyed working together and had much success and fun. Ron was a genuine friend and knew how to make others feel special. I loved Ron like a brother.

I am very saddened to hear about Ron's passing. We worked together with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service for many years. I will always remember his jovial manner, sense of humor and respect for others. We talked on the phone often and I never recall a time when he was in a bad mood. He had a contagious laugh and an ability to brighten everyone's day. I sincerely wish I could attend the funeral. However, the weather is going to keep me in place. There is 8 inches of snow on my steep 400-foot driveway, and I will be snowbound for a few days. I will be there in spirit! God bless you all!
