Bessie and family....I was so surprised to learn of the passing of Doyle. You know you two were among the favorites of friends. I missed you guys so much when you could no longer attend church. He was always such a delight to be around....and loved watching his face from the choir loft....always smiling.....I know your heart is broken; but I also know he is completely healed now and is with the God he loved to talk about so much. Please know I care and will do whatever I can for you; just have to let me know. I am so sorry I could not attend any of the services for Doyle...but I am one of the people who has to help care for my niece who just had stem cell transplant at Duke. She got to come home on Wednesday and we have to be careful around her as her immune system is so low due to her illness and to chemo and radiation. But am here for you if you need to have someone to chat with...I love you and will miss Doyle. You are in my thoughts and prayers; as well as the rest of the family

I am so sorry for the passing of your beloved Doyle. He was always so friendly and loved the Lord. He came around every day to visit the other residents. I will also remember his smile. He gave Betty Ruth Dean a stuffed bee once and it's wings moved and buzzed. She loved that bee. God bless you and keep you close during this time.

Bessie and Family, I know your hearts are breaking. Just won't be the same around here without "BooBoo". Sure going to miss his jokes and his presence. He would always say, "I don't know your name, but I know your mug." He was always super nice to me. May God be with you during this difficult time. He is sorely missed.
