Greeneville, TN – Grady Rynes, age 85 of Greeneville, passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at his home following an extended. He was born and raised in Hawkins County and was a farmer and construction worker.He is preceded in death by his wife, Roberta Rynes, parents; Ottie & Nisha Barrett Rynes, brothers; Haskell Rynes, Clyde Rynes and Little Willie, stepson; Howard Ward.Survivors include his stepdaughters; Odell Thompson and Alice Marshall of Greeneville, Hazel Jobe of Rogersville, sisters; Velvie Rynes, Thelma Morelock of Rogersville and Opal Arnold of Kingsport, brother; Kyle Rynes of Rogersville. Several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.Calling hours are from 5 to 7 pm Monday at the Johnson – Arrowood Funeral Home of Church Hill. Funeral services will be conducted 7 pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Bob Simpson and Rev. Teddy Webb officiating.Graveside services will be conducted 11 am Tuesday at the Yankee Cemetery with Brandon Marshall, Joshua Tipton, Randy Jobe, Stevy Jobe, Freddy Crumb and Paul Marshall, Jr. serving as pallbearers.
