Kingsport, TN Ida Juanita Neeley, age 81, of Kingsport passed away Friday, August 1, 2014 at the Wexford House following an extended illness. Mrs. Neeley was born in Elizabethton and had lived most of her life in Church Hill. She was a member of Valley Center United Methodist Church and was a homemaker. She is preceded in death by her first husband, Oscar Bullock and her second husband, Lonnie Neeley. 3 sons, Estal Ray Bullock, Johnny Earl Bullock and Steve Allen Bullock, 2 daughters, Carolyn Sue Gibbons and Teresa Ann Nixon. Several brothers and sisters. Survivors include her daughters and son-in-laws; Gail & Ernie Stout of Kingsport, Debra & Clyde Lucas of Church Hill and Bobette & Sherman Manis of Rogersville. Son and daughter-in-law; Ronnie Lee & Bobbie Bullock of Maryville. 10 grandchildren and several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Brother; James & Alma Townsend of Martinsville, VA. Son-in-law; Marcel Gibbons of Church Hill. Several nieces and nephews. Calling hours are from 12 to 1 PM Sunday at the Johnson – Arrowood Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 PM Sunday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Joe Alvarado officiating. Burial will follow in the Morrell Cemetery in Bluff City, TN . Pallbearers will be Grandsons. The family would like to send a special thank you to the staff of The Wexford House and to all the caregivers for the wonderful care given to Mrs. Neeley. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be sent to the Ketron Memorial United Methodist Church and to the Valley Center United Methodist Church. Tweet
