Phil, 32, of Kingsport, Tennessee passed away on December 16, 2023, while vacationing in Columbia.
Phil was born in Kingsport in 1991 to Jeffrey and Judith Mullins. He attended Dobyns-Bennett High School where he graduated in 2009.
To say that Phil was the life of the party is an understatement. He was the spark that ignited joy in every gathering. With his infectious smile and laughter, he turned ordinary moments into extraordinary ones. We’ll always imagine hearing him say “What’s goodie Geeeeeee?” one more time. We couldn’t have asked for a better parent, brother, and friend. We will miss Phil every day, but his memory will live on in the hearts of all those who loved him.
Phil was the proud and loving father of two beautiful daughters, Paisley Bogus and Maeli Mullins.
Phil was preceded in death by his parents, Jeffrey, and Judith Mullins, and is survived by his daughters Paisley Bogus and Maeli Mullins and his sister, Katie Mullins.
The family will receive friends at Johnson-Arrowood Funeral Home on Saturday, January 27, 2024, from 10:00-12:00.
