KINGSPORT. Regina Carroll Crawford, 52 , passed away at her residence on Tuesday( October 7, 2014). She was a lifelong resident of Sullivan County and was of the Baptist faith. Ms. Crawford was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She especially loved her dog, Spanky. She was preceded in death by her mother and stepfather, Phyllis and Eugene Hammonds, and brother, David Hammonds, sister, Roxane Bausell . She is survived by her husband, Duane Hubert Crawford, her two daughters, Kendra Stewart Garrison and her husband Jared, Alisha Carter and her fiancé, Michael Neff, her brother, Paul Stewart and his wife Chris, her sisters, Tammy Davenport and her husband Carl, Debbie Carol and her husband Ronald, Christy Lingerfelt and her husband Jody, her grand children, Michael and Cheyenne, her father, J.C. Stewart, several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles, and her dog whom she loved very much, Spanky. Calling hours are from 1 to 3:00 PM Sunday at the Johnson Arrowood Funeral Home and any time at the residence of her sister, Tammy or her mother-in-law. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 3:00 PM in the funeral home Chapel with Rev. Jeff Strong officiating. Graveside services will follow at Elm Springs cemetery. Pallbearers will be family and friends. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the Elm Springs cemetery, C/O Frank Marsh, 337 Adam St.,  Church Hill, TN 37642.
